Our Strategic Bonds will be issued for the Emerging Economies in Eastern Europe, mostly for Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Turkey, Croatia, Serbia.
These bonds will be used to co-finance the European Union development projects for a Sustainable Social and Circular Economy in the emerging countries.
